Deliveries & Returns

Shipping policy

We provide deliveries to France (Guadeloupe, St Barthélémy and St Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, Mayotte and St-Pierre-et-Miquelon), Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan and countries -Low.

To make sure your package is delivered correctly and you receive it on time as advertised, please make sure your address is entered correctly. 

We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

DELAY OF TREATMENT : 

Orders take 3-7 business days to process and ship, but most of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. Please note that orders can take up to 15 working days due to the health crisis. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS:

If you find any nondelivery or if the tracking information shows that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim. (contact@mirika.fr)

We will help you contact the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process requests.

Delivery is made within:

  • 2-3 days * for Metropolitan France by Colissimo 
  • 5 to 6 days * for Metropolitan France by Mondial Relay
  • From D + 5 * for Europe by Colissimo and Mondial Relay
  • From D + 6 * for Canada
  • From D + 7 for the DOM-TOM

Refund policy

We do not have the possibility to cancel and / or modify an order after its confirmation.

All return requests must be entered from our dedicated page: Return center

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products by post only. Beyond the 14 days, we will not be able to process a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. *

If you notice a damaged product during delivery, please contact us by email and nWe will assist you with the carrier claims process.

Variable service charges will be deducted from your refund amount. You therefore have to pay nothing when handing over your return at the point of delivery. 

As soon as we receive your item, we will notify you and immediately start the refund process. However, it could take up to 14 days for your bank to process the payment to your bank account.

For customers with a credit card, the refund will be made to the bank account used for the purchase.

For Paypal customers, the refund will be made to the Paypal account that was used for the purchase.

Note: Service charges such as delivery charges, cash on delivery charges and preparation charges are not reimbursed.
