• Production times (3 to 10 working days on average)
• Hand wash or at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees

• Given the unique and personalized nature of the personalized/embroidered item, it cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code:

  “The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, for contracts: (…) 3° The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized…”.

  As a result, you have no right to invoke any right of withdrawal.Also, we recommend that you devote the necessary time and attention to personalizing your item.

Here are the possible return situations:

• if the products are torn
• if the products have indelible stains
• if we made a spelling mistake
